1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MomentumX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Subscription Service
MomentumX offers subscription services that provide access to premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
3. Free Trial
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to MomentumX, where applicable.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the app, including workout logs, nutritional information, and personal health data.
5. Health Disclaimer
MomentumX provides fitness and nutrition tracking tools and information for educational purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Jeffrey Yost or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms of Use on the app and updating the 'Last Updated' date.
